Dio Brando is the sworn enemy of the Joestar family and is essentially a charismatic, high-fashion Vampire. If that doesn't get you keen on watching JoJo's, then there's no helping you. His villainy is so over-the-top and cartoonish at times that it makes you feel a bolt of energy every time he enters the fray.
