12 Cartoons You Definitely Watched In The 90s

7. Pinky And The Brain

One is a genius, the other one€™s insane. It seems the 90€™s loved a good mouse orientated show. Pinky and the Brain follows the devious duo (well perhaps only one of them is devious) as they try to take over the world. Something they try to do every single night. First appearing in €™93 in Animaniacs, the pair got their own spin-off show in €™95, coasting on their own until 1998. Steven Spielberg presented the comedy which focused on the two genetically enhanced lab mice, and its two leads - Pinky is an imbecile, a good natured idiot; Brain on the other hand is an intelligent and arrogant plotter, constantly devising plans to take over the world. These plans ultimately end in failure, a fate often brough about by Pinky's special brand of 'help'. The cartoon often parodies famous films and books, and sometimes the cartoon anti-heroes cross paths with other Warner Bros. creations. Two of the most recognisable rodents on TV, Pinky and the Brain were a 90€™s classic.
