5. Anton the Giant

Jorge Garcia is just one of several veterans of Lost to make an appearance on the show over its run. Introduced partway into the second season, Garcia's Anton the Giant gets a centric episode, makes one last appearance in which it's revealed he's been helping the citizens of Storybrooke to farm a crop of magic beans in the hope they can use them to get home and then inexplicably disappears forever. Garcia's likeable enough that one can't help but want to see more of him, even if it means popping up now and again, but the show hasn't bothered to follow-up with what happened to him after the return to Fairy Tale Land or the return to Storybrooke. Viewers may not be clamoring over whether or not we'll ever see him again, but we expect that those involved aren't concerned either.
