The mother of newcomer Ani, Amara Josephine Achola was a
newcomer herself - making her presence felt as a care assistant for Nora
Walker's ailing father.
A kind-hearted and loving mother who was clearly excellent at her job, she had strong relationships with both her boss Nora and daughter Ani. Naturally, it was her relationship with Ani that played a greater role, as she often offered her daughter advice and warned her to stay out of other people's relationships.
Though there wasn't much for her to do outside of her dual roles, she served her purpose to perfection and, if anything, deserves praise for her hilarious stone cold glare that could warn boys off her daughter in an instant.
