A Time Lady, Romana has had two different on screen incarnations. Her ability to regenerate means that she would almost certainly outlast any human romance she chose to partake in, however her knowledge of the wider universe and Earth history would allow for a truly engaging and scintilating dinner conversation. Her near limitless experience would make her a truly interesting Valentine's companion and could very well make for a near Doctor-esque TIme Lord/Human relationship in terms of dynamic. Whether Romana even survived the TIme War remains to be seen but if she did, something tells us she'd love to be asked out... probably.
