14 TV Shows That Just Got Cancelled

Powerless seemingly had plenty of ingredients to be a real mid-season winner for NBC: a link to the DC universe, and branding as the first comedy series set within it, as well as a winning cast including Alan Tudyk, Vanessa Hudgens, and Danny Pudi.

Unfortunately viewers didn't really agree, or at least didn't notice it: it was NBC's lowest-rated series, with just over 2million viewers overall, and the network only aired the first nine episodes, pulling the rest ahead of its eventual cancellation. Turns out people didn't want a superhero show without the superheroes after all.
