15 Best Brooklyn Nine-Nine Episodes

It was always going to take a lot to displace The Box from the top spot, and for this list the best episode of Brooklyn Nine-Nine has to be its fifth Halloween special.

This time around, the whole precinct is thrown into free-for-all as everyone tries to get their hands on the champion belt and the title of "Amazing Human/Genius."

Along the way, Charles does the unthinkable and betrays Jake; Rosa and Terry team-up to steal victory from the rest of the gang; and Holt has brilliant moment where he realises his dog Cheddar has been replaced by another dog ("You're just some common bitch").

All of this shows Brooklyn Nine-Nine at its finest. Not only is it a brilliant sitcom, but it's also at its best when the whole ensemble is working together and bringing out the best in each other.

HalloVeen is topped off, of course, by Jake's ingenious proposal to Amy, which acts as arguably the couple's greatest moment and adds a nice twist to the Halloween episode formula.
