15 Best TV Villains In The Marvel Cinematic Universe
1. Wilson Fisk
Appears In: Daredevil
Much has been said about Vincent D'Onofrio's take on Wilson Fisk that it almost bears no repeating. Fisk was not just a highlight of Daredevil's first season or even just the television side of things, but of the Marvel Cinematic Universe as a whole.
Wonderfully developed and far from pure evil, Fisk's journey across season one was thrilling and electric, putting him squarely on the path towards truly becoming the Kingpin in future seasons of Daredevil - or any of the other Netflix shows he may also appear in - going forward. Daredevil's first season was as much Matt's story as it was Fisk's, with neither's development being sacrificed for the other's.
Though he was last seen imprisoned, it won't be long before the Kingpin resurfaces to reclaim all he's lost and attempt to take Daredevil down once and for all. In a year when the MCU also introduced an army-wielding robot supervillain and a man willing to endanger the world by weaponizing Yellowjacket suits, it says a lot when their best new villainous face was just a man whose biggest goal was destroying a neighborhood in Manhattan so that it could be rebuilt anew.
