First things first. If this was purely an article about the most sickening things ever to occur in Sons Of Anarchy, this would be at the top of the list, hands down, without even thinking twice about it. Perhaps fortunately for us though, we dont know Dawn Trager very well she only materialised in season four for a brief storyline where she conned money out of her father Tig, SAMCROs resident sexual pervert and Clay Morrows pet psycho. Tigs not exactly the poster boy for calm, well-adjusted manhood, but by this point at the beginning of season five, weve come to grudgingly love the horrendous old guy. Which is why we feel more than we perhaps should when Dawn is kidnapped by criminal kingpin Damon Pope, set alight and burned to death in front of her father in revenge for Tigs accidental killing of Popes own daughter, especially given that this is yet another far-reaching consequence of yet another botched hit the second that Tragers screwed up since the show began. Its an awful, awful scene, and were not sure we ever want to see it again. But its not the nastiest thing ever to happen in Sons Of Anarchy.
