4. The Contest

"I'm out!" -Kramer The first primetime television show to deal with something as taboo as this, the genius of this episode is that it never once actually utters the oh so questionable m-word, rather it uses allusions and double entendres to get the point across. This way they could meet FCC standards without changing any of the material. So basically, it boils down to this: Good Luck George, unemployed and living with his parents, gets "caught" by his mother at 3:00 in the afternoon and causes his mother's back to go into traction. As a result, George resolves to never do "that" again, something that Jerry and Kramer both swear up and down to him is impossible. Of course, a wager becomes involved and the gang pools $100 each (Elaine $150 because she's a girl) and the longest lasting will win the pool and be referred to the "master of their domain." Of course, this comes with temptation in the form of a woman across from Jerry's window who walks around her house completely naked, leading Kramer to leave the room for about thirty seconds before he comes back and puts $100 on the table and exclaiming, "I'M OUT!" Marla, Jerry's virgin girlfriend, finally decides she's ready to give herself to Jerry, and Elaine is asked out by none other than JFK Jr. Want to know who wins? You'll have to watch to find out.
