15 Star Trek LEGO Sets Everyone Wants

10. USS Prometheus

LEGO Star Trek Voyager
CBS

This ship screams out the need for a Lego set.

Appearing in the first episode of Voyager's season four Hirogen min-arc, the USS Prometheus quickly became a fan favourite thanks to its unique design, which provides a twist equal to that of saucer separation on the Enterprise-D. A three-part build for each element of Multi-Vector Assault Mode and the chance to display these separately would be a no-brainer.

A dorsal section with a hidden mini-nacelle, along with both other sections, can ultimately combine into the USS Prometheus. While not as iconic as the series' lead ship, the Message in a Bottle starship offers a challenging construction and display options. It also remains firmly in that 90s era with the Enterprise-D. Could The Lego Group even offer this with an alternative build that would let collectors switch it up into the USS Equinox?

As for the minifigures plinthed up for the Prometheus, there is the option of Judson Scott's Rekar and a couple of Romulan soldiers lined up with the EMH and Andy Dick's EMH Mark 2.

A Star Trek fan from birth, I love to dive into every aspect of the franchise in front and behind the screen. There's something here that's kept me interested for the best part of four decades! Now I'm getting back into writing and using Star Trek as my first line of literary attack. If I'm not here on WhatCulture then you're more than welcome to come and take a look at my blog, Some Kind of Star Trek at http://SKoST.co.uk or maybe follow me on Twitter as @TheWarpCore. Sometimes I force myself not to talk about Star Trek.
