15 Ups & 0 Downs For Star Trek: Prodigy Season 2

5. UP — Tribble, Bribble, Rok-Tahk, And Murf

Firstly, I'm just going to put it out there — Murf might quite genuinely be one of my favourite Star Trek characters of all time. In fact, if you haven't had to pause this season at various points in order to recover from a bout of laughter brought on by his most Murfly physical comedy, I worry for your very soul! He apparently swears like a Mellanoid slime trooper, too!

Then, as if "oh no, not the cute one" weren't enough, the world was gifted the Bribble, an exceptionally endearing 'unexpected variable' of Rok-Takh and some giant tribble trouble. At the end of Ouroboros, Part II, the Bribble had joined the crew aboard the USS Prodigy, so no one's going to be collapsing the wave function of that bundle of Bribble/Murf adorableness (we trust) any time soon!

Rok-Tahk herself was, moreover, another absolute highlight in a season of highlights. She is a genius with a heart of gold or, in this case, perhaps of stone, and never has that been meant less disparagingly. We'd all be wise to follow this Brikar's example and be more Rok!
