20 Best Deaths In Doctor Who History

6. Death By Raston Warrior Robot (The Five Doctors)

Doctor-Who-Raston-Robot They're a funny bunch, the Time Lords. They perfected the ability to extend their own life span through regeneration. They built prisons that could house a million offenders despite being the size of a cupboard. And, of course, their secrets were protected by a prancing robot in a leotard. In Terrance Dicks' 20th anniversary tale The Five Doctors, the wastes of Gallifrey were broached by the Cybermen. It wasn't long before they learnt the true meaning of deletion, however, when the Raston Warrior Robot appeared in a flurry of silver. This remorseless protector leapt about the place, vanishing deceptively into thin air before reappearing to administer a succession of spectacular killer blows. The former residents of Mondas copped the full force of a freshly-opened can of surprisingly brutal Gallifreyan whup ass. Heads flew off and viewers were treated to the bizarre sight of a Cyberman puking his guts out for some reason. Now if the balletic bastard can get that sort of reaction from an army of impassive conquerors, he's clearly a power to be reckoned with.
