3. Mr/Mrs Garrison

Mr/Mrs Garrison is by far the most bizarre character in South Park, and perhaps the most bizarre character ever created. Somehow he has managed to keep his job at South Park elementary despite the fact that he is homophobic, racist and portrays multiple personality disorder through his homosexual hand puppet, Mr Hat. The school have also supported him through child molestation claims, and allowed him to rather graphically tell the children about his sex life and his sex changes.
It is these very reasons as to why Mr Garrison has always been and will forever be a fan favourite, he is the very embodiment of South Park. He is the least politically correct person to feature on the show and is also a walking contradiction in himself, his mind housing some of the most controversial trains of thought that one can have.
Hopefully Garrison will be kept as a prevalent part of the show as seasons go on, being the character that could further embody the politically correct mainstream media, adding fuel to the South Park fire.
