Showing: TBA Remember when Heroes was the best thing on TV? It's hard to look that far back now because of the fog left by the horrifically inferior last two seasons that seemed to entirely give up and utterly waste what was a genius presence. For a long time that disappointment looked like the bitterest failure in TV history, and the least fitting end to the once beloved property, but now the show is reborn, and so too is the chance to wipe away the sins of the past. The promise for this return is huge: the first seasons boasted huge fan passion and the critics fell for it hard, but then when the writers' strike came along it lost its way badly and nobody seemed to know how to rescue it. Hopefully that unfinished business has now been addressed. It might be a reboot, but familiar elements - and indeed characters - will return, and this should go some way to appeasing fans looking for some TLC for the sci-fi property.
