None other than Bud Bundy himself, David Faustino, turned up in the second-to-last episode of The X-Files final run, Sunshine Days, from season nine. Faustino plays Michael Daley in the episode, a young man whose best friend is killed in a house physically dressed up to look like the home from The Brady Bunch. With Scully, Doggett, and Reyes investigating, he insists that the house is/was the Brady Bunch house, even with all the evidence to the contrary. In the end, he breaks in and confronts the owner - only to be killed himself, embedded in the lawn of the house Wile E. Coyote style. It's a light-hearted role, even with Michael's eventual death, and something of a sweet episode - though an odd choice for the second to last episode of the series at the time.
