Ever seen Arrow began, long-time DC fans have been calling for two things: for Starling City to become Star City and for The Arrow to become Green Arrow.

We knew that a change to Star City was coming, but we get our first confirmation of that as we see Star City Hall.

Unfortunately for those in power, this reveal was part of the montage that saw some of the city’s higher powers offed.

Also, I'm not quite sure I like idea of Elm Street parking. That's definitely not a place to be falling asleep.
