30 WTF Moments From Arrow's Season 4 Premiere

11. Cisco’s Helping Hand

Oliver Queen Arrow Season 4
The CW

For anybody that has seen any of the promotional push for this new season of Arrow, you’ll have been well aware that Oliver Queen was to get a new outfit in the near future.

What we didn’t know was how he got his hands on these new duds. Revealed here, Ollie’s new costume was, of course, created by Cisco Ramon, the uber-geek responsible for providing Barry Allen with his Flash outfit and for naming the rogues who cross paths with the Scarlet Speedster.

It seems that Mr Ramon’s handy work clearly reaches as far as Star City, which is rather handy for when the Emerald Archer is in need of something snazzy to wear during those long nights.

Once described as the Swiss Army Knife of WhatCulture, Andrew can usually be found writing, editing, or presenting on a wide range of topics. As a lifelong wrestling fan, horror obsessive, and comic book nerd, he's been covering those topics professionally as far back as 2010.
