45. Tomb Of The Cybermen

Many versions of the Doctor are known for their engaging, heartfelt monologues. The First, Tenth and Eleventh come to mind quickly when asked to recall notable speeches but the Second Doctor, while most often considered a jokester, had his moments as well. During Tomb of the Cybermen, he gives a rousing speech about his family to his companion Victoria that displays his caring and kindness that he often times kept hidden under the facade of being a goof and a coward.
