5 Returning TV Shows That Improved This Season and 5 That Got Worse

1. Homeland Season 2

This is somewhat of a controversial choice I am guessing having read that most TV critics consider Season 2 to be much weaker and over the top than Season 1 was. Personally, I found Season 2 far more enjoyable than Season 1, and I personally didn't even really care all that much for the first season, and absolutely believe that the show didn't deserve to win any "Best Drama Awards" although seemed to win them all- Breaking Bad Season 4 was far superior to Homeland Season 1. But Homeland Season 2 has probably been my favorite series so far this year, and I personally thought this season was far more unpredictable than the last, though many critics go on and on about how unpredictable the first season was. Personally, I didn't find Season 1 unpredictable in the slightest, but Season 2 had me guessing. The first half of Season 2 was much watch television, especially the extremely powerful scene where Carrie confronts and captures Brody. The rest of the season went down hill just a little before picking up and giving us one of the most unpredictable and thrilling season finales I have ever watched, equaling the trill of Season 1's. Read on to see what shows I consider got worse this year...

I am a recent Screenwriting for Film and Television graduate from the UK. I am an unashamed geek who loves everything Marvel, and anything Joss Whedon has ever touched (except for maybe Alien Resurrection and Titan A.E). My current favorite TV shows are Breaking Bad, Family Guy, House of Cards, Game of Thrones, American Horror Story, Homeland and Glee. I look forward to debating things with all of you in the future.
