Joey and Rachel were wrong on so many levels. It was so bad that even the actors didn't look comfortable doing it.
Not only did the romance leave audiences in a permanent state of cringe but they were also unable to look at the screen whenever their once beloved characters were pretending to be in love.
Joey and Rachel weren't supposed to be doing these things! It felt as if the writers had seen the success of Monica and Chandler and thought it appropriate to do the same thing again. What they didn't realize is that men and women can be just friends and not secretley attracted to one another.
