Princess Bubblegum is the ruler of the Candy Kingdom and one of the most intelligent people in the Land Of Ooo.

She's a science whizz, most notably using her knowledge to create the most perfect sandwich that has ever existed in Five Short Graybles, but has many other talents as well. She can speak German and Korean and is musically gifted, even being able to turn BMO into an instrument that she can play. She is also good-natured, mature and a caring leader to all her candy subjects.

While there are plenty of good characteristics to the Princess, she is not perfect. Her biggest flaw being that she's got quite the temper on her. There have been occasions where she's actually been a bit of a nasty piece of work, such as throwing all off the wedding guests at Tree Trunks and Mr Pig's wedding into jail for disagreeing with her and even wanting to torture the Ice King in the episode What Have You Done? Eagle-eyed viewers have also noticed subtler clues to her darker side such as skeletons cuffed to walls in her hidden chambers in the Ricardio The Heart Guy episode.

Maybe with some anger management PB could get higher up the list.
