9. Agent Calderon
Last Seen: Being impaled by a tree courtesy of Daisy's shockwaves in the second season episode 'One Door Closes'.
Abrasive and relatively unpleasant, it's not as though many shed a tear when Calderon was severely injured by Daisy; in fact, it was easier to worry what it would mean for Daisy that he got hurt because of her. After he was last seen, Calderon's critical status was mentioned several more times, but the show never confirmed whether he succumbed to his injuries.
In many ways, he's similar to Agent Blake, who was critically wounded by Deathlok back in season one, his status left hanging by the show until he resurfaced in season three as the leader of the Watchdogs, an extremist, anti-Inhuman group. With Calderon's allies like Gonzales having been killed, S.H.I.E.L.D. changing yet again, and the Inhuman situation much different from when he was last seen, it'd be intriguing to see how Calderon could step back into the picture, especially if he's holding a grudge against Daisy for nearly killing him.
