9. Gene Parmesan
Gene Parmesan - aside from having one of the coolest names around - is the resident private investigator for the Bluth family, though Lucille is the only one who ever seems to hire/bother with him. Known for having a fondess for ridiculous disguises, Gene is capable of popping up just about anywhere in elaborate and highly unnecessary costumes, only to reveal himself and state: "I'm Gene Parmesan." Gene is, like so many Bluth associates, hopeless in every way, and Lucille only seems to hire him because she likes getting surprised by his random, shocking appearances (she shrieks relentlessly whenever he appears). Thus far, Gene has dressed up as a a Mexican, firefighter, janitor, fuzzy bear holding balloons, and a doctor. It's as if he spends all his time thinking up disguises instead of doing his job. Oh, wait - that's exactly what he does.
