10. GOB's Botched Magic Tricks
Is there anything more pathetic than a bad magician? There's even something goofy about
good magicians, right? GOB is far "good," though, despite his personal opinion that he's one of the greatest illusionists to have ever lived. Though occasionally his tricks work out (he's pretty adept at making it rain coins, to be fair), almost every one of this particular Bluth's illusions ends up in property damage, lawsuits and animal death. After being banned in the first episode from the Alliance of Magicians for revealing how a famous trick worked ("The Aztec Pyramid"), GOB dedicates much of his time trying to regain membership. GOB's failed illusions have resulted in a number of horrific resolutions, one of which ended him being stabbed in prison. GOB has also sprayed far
too many people with lighter fluid when his infamous flaming-sleeve tricks go wrong. Which is all the times. Every time.
