15. "Say Goodbye To These!"
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u1alISOTGfE There's arguably nothing more off-putting in the whole of Arrested Development (and that's including anything that Tobias does) than a declaration from George Snr.'s former assistant, Kitty, that starts with the phrase "Say goodbye to these!' and ends with her flashing her breasts. And this happens far more you might expect, given that there's generally no cause for it to ever occur. The fact that Kitty sees her own breasts as something of a shrine to sexiness (she is greatly misinformed and deluded) provides most of the humour here. Michael has been on the blunt end of these "attacks" more than any other character, but both Lucille, Tobias and even GOB have occasionally thrown this line out - complete with unnecessary exposure - to confront various situations. Not surprisingly, it never seems to pay off (nor is it ever warranted).
