2. Martian Manhunter
The sole survivor of Mars, this massively powerful alien has been a member of the Justice League for as long as its existed. Yet, for whatever reason, Justice League stalwart Martian Manhunter doesnt appear to be in DCs film plans at the moment. But the DCEUs loss could potentially be Arrows gain. Arrow has undeniably evolved in scope over the years. It started as a gritty crime drama but has recently begun to include much more extraordinary elements like magic. Could it expand again to include the cosmic side of things, featuring space and aliens? It may seem far-fetched, but clearly the show is embracing some of the more comic-booky elements that have made The Flash such a hit. In terms of logistics, they could easily take the route that Smallville did with the character. You would only briefly see him in alien form and he mostly showed up as the human detective, John Jones. His inclusion would add for a drastic shift to the status quo and a notable inclusion to the TVs prototype version of the Justice League.
