5. Samantha Clayton

Samantha was one of the women Oliver cheated on Laurel with (the other being Sara) before ending up on the island, and it's shown in flashbacks that he got her pregnant. Moira Queen paid her $1m to tell Ollie she lost the baby, and then disappear from his life, which she reluctantly agrees to. Appearing again in the present day, Oliver discovers that she had the child, meaning he has a son, William, and she never actually cashed the cheque. Ollie being Ollie, he wants to be a part of his son's life, which Samantha allows on the basis he keeps it a complete secret, which he agrees to. The show hasn't followed through on that too much since, but it's surely going to play a big part going forward. If Damien Darhk finds out about the connection between the pair, then she could easily find herself in his crosshairs. Oliver may not have feelings for her, but she's the mother of his child, so it'd provoke a strong reaction. The problems with this are a) the audience doesn't really know the character, and more pertinently b) it could mean Oliver having custody of his son, a route the show probably isn't ready to go down yet (if ever).
