The Flash bounced back last season with a sixth offering that reminded us why we fell in love with it in the first place.
With a specific focus on Barry and Iris as well as a better juggling of the overall ensemble, the show's streamlined plots allowed for more effective storytelling. You know what else was streamlined? The season's narrative, as the decision to split it into two separate storylines - woven together by Crisis - freed it from its previous tendency to drag.
With two great villains in Bloodwork and Mirror Master, The Flash found its groove again after nearly three years, delivering a season that was nearly as strong as its earlier offerings.
