Arrowverse: Every Season Ranked Worst To Best

6. DC's Legends Of Tomorrow Season 2

Legends of Tomorrow CW
The CW

Following the mixed response to the first season, Legends’ creative team took a risk by drastically redesigning the show.

Suddenly, it became more reliant on humour and wacky plots ensued. But it's important to clarify that it never overpowered the narrative. There was still a reality-altering device at the heart of the story - one that many of the heroes and villains wanted for themselves - and this allowed us to continue to take it seriously in spite of its tongue-in-cheek tone.

It was unbelievably enjoyable, but it also knew how to tackle dramatic arcs and the Legion of Doom proved to be far greater antagonists than Vandal Savage ever was.

Walking the line between hilarity and heart, this was Legends at its bloody finest.
