Then: Before taking on the role of the erratic Dr. Gaius Baltar, James Callis got his start in UK shows such as Soldier Soldier and Sex, Chips, & Rock n' Roll. He then got a supporting role in the hit movie Bridget Jones's Diary. As Dr. Baltar, he starts out as humanity's greatest traitor. A coward and narcissist, Gaius survives with a mixture of quick thinking, desperation, and luck.

Now: Besides returning to the Bridget Jones sequels, Callis also continued with TV roles in Eureka, Flash Forward, and 12 Monkeys, along with many guest spots. His latest roles include the CBS show Blood & Treasure and he provides the voice of Alucard for Netflix's Castlevania.
