Since Jimmy McGill is a criminal lawyer who relies on manipulative tactics and illegal schemes to get his way, it's no surprise he has his fair share of enemies. Throughout the show, he has been entangled with cartel members, psychopaths, drug dealers, and hitmen. But some of the worst people Jimmy has encountered also seem the most innocent.

While looking for clients in a residential house, he discovers the facilitator, Paula, is deliberately overcharging her elderly residents. When Paula realises Jimmy is onto her, she has him banned from the premise. Even though Paula tries to destroy any evidence of her crimes, she is noticeably absent from the facility by the time Jimmy's ban is reversed, implying she was fired.

Paula's villainy may not be as apparent as Tuco or Lalo but that's because she's subtler in her criminal activity. Because of her friendly demeanour, it's easy not to see how much of a monster she is. Her character is a great addition to the series because it demonstrates how Jimmy isn't always out to make a quick buck and does genuinely care about potential clients.
