As with Bryan Cranston, Gilligan has made it clear that he'd like to bring Aaron Paul back into the fold at some point.
Unlike Walter White, Jesse is a character heavily embedded in the crystal meth scene long before Breaking Bad began. His appearance in the prequel would not be jarring in the slightest. One thing we do know, however, is that it couldn't be alongside Saul or Mike - he didn't know either of them pre-Breaking Bad.
Alternatively, Saul Goodman and Jesse remain two of the lone survivors of the Breaking Bad trainwreck. We would love a scenario where they reconcile in the future. But Jesse's journey in El Camino landed him in Alaska while Saul is in Nebraska so a reunion may stretch the realms of plausibility. Then again, if anyone can do it justice, it's the Better Call Saul writers.
