DC's Legends Of Tomorrow: 10 Big Questions We're Asking After 'Blood Ties'
7. Will Captain Cold And Heat Wave Stop Trying To Steal Things?
You can take the villains out of 2016, but you can't take the 2016 out of the villains. Ok, that makes no sense. You can't take the villainous nature out of the villains. A Leonard can't change its spots. Whatever, the point is that although Captain Cold and Heat Wave are helping in the fight against Savage, potentially becoming Legends in the process, they're still gonna be thieving while they're at it. This week, it's travelling to the Central City of 1975, to steal an emerald before Snart's dad can attempt to. The intentions are a bit more honourable this week, as he wants to prevent his father from going to prison - and thus turning into the abusive parent he had to suffer growing up - but it's still theft, and they even force Jax into cooperating. I wonder how long the pair can keep this up, while also trying to do the right thing, or if there's going to be a point where they make a turn and start behaving like proper heroes. Captain Cold is certainly capable of it, and Heat Wave will just do what he's told.
NCTJ-qualified journalist. Most definitely not a racing driver. Drink too much tea; eat too much peanut butter; watch too much TV. Sadly only the latter paying off so far.
