DC's Legends Of Tomorrow: 10 Things We Learned From The First Look

2. Villains Join Up

Legends of tomorrow
The CW

Few things sell the concept of high stakes quite like villains switching sides and joining up with the heroes. The inclusion of The Flash’s Leonard Snart as Captain Cold (played by Wentworth Miller) and Mick Rory as Heat Wave (played by Dominic Purcell) among the gallery of good guys means that defeating the big bad will take much more than fighting clean and careful.

That, or Rip Hunter doesn’t mind serving up some punny antagonists as fodder for the minions of Vandal Savage.

Heat Wave himself isn’t featured in any of the action sequences in the first look, but Captain Cold appears to be putting in enough effort for both of them as he blasts his cold gun with enthusiasm on the field of battle.
