2. Carter Hall, RIP
Well, while Vandal Savage wasnt ended, Carter Hall sure suffered a nasty fate. Despite stabbing Savage with the magical dagger capable of killing him, it would be Hawkman who would end up dead. Vandal would pull the blade out of his own body and then kill his foe, absorbing his energy in the process. Of course, it would be explained that it can only be Chay-Ara who could kill Savage with the blade. Whoops. And with that schoolboy error, the life of Carter Hall came to an end for now. Is anybody else getting an Oh my God, you killed Kenny vibe from this yet? It sure seems as if well be getting a lot of Hawk-based death and resurrection throughout the series.
