Doctor Who: 10 Ways To Get Ready For The 50th Anniversary

2. An Adventure In Space And Time

Spacetime The Day of the Doctor is not the only big television premiere this week for the Doctor. In the days leading to the anniversary will be the documentary drama An Adventure in Space and Time. This special will tell the story about how one of the biggest shows of all time came to life. With actors and actresses portraying the real life people who were responsible for this sci-fi hit, the 90-minute broadcast is the perfect warm-up for the main event, The Day of the Doctor. While BBC is broadcasting a number of behind-the-scenes specials, this new one is sure to be revealing and impressive as it shines light on everything we never saw when it came to making the TARDIS materialize for the first time. An Adventure in Space and Time may not be getting the attention that the 50th anniversary episode is receiving, but anyone interested in what is sure to be fantastic and enlightening storytelling should tune in.
