Every actor's had their alien moments, but there certainly makes for great comedy and fantastic acting when you throw the Doctor into very human scenes, such as a wedding. Even Nine is fairly alien, as he seems a bit detached from Earth, but would you follow his lead, or be a warmer like Ten? Note that if you wear a bow tie, you might not be able to avoid those extra-terrestrial connotations.
