Doctor Who: 10 Easter Eggs, In-Jokes And References In The Magician's Apprentice

You can tell Doctor Who is made by hardcore fans like Steven Moffat and Peter Capaldi when we have scenes like this one in which a huge selection of Daleks from across the years all appear together. Like the previous Davros-Doctor scene, it's fun to pause at this moment and test your knowledge by naming all the various Daleks. If you want to go and do so yourself, look away now.

Under the command of the red Supreme Dalek from The Stolen Earth, there are several silver models from The Daleks, a silver model with a black dome from The Evil Of The Daleks, a dark grey one of the sort used throughout the 70s and 80s, a Special Weapons Dalek from Remembrance Of The Daleks, a black version akin to Dalek Sec from the David Tennant era and finally a number of the iconic bronze Daleks of the modern series.

Basically, every Dalek ever except the reviled multi-coloured versions that Matt Smith met. Poor Power Ranger Daleks.
