6. Let's Kill Hitler

While only tenuously a two parter since it worked across the Series 6 break, enough people still call it so for some reason, even though it has nothing in common with A Good Man Goes To War. One of these things is quality. A Good Man Goes To War showcases how powerful the Doctor can get when he turns violent. Let€™s Kill Hitler is an awfully paced mess which is boring whether it€™s a cluster bomb or tectonically slow. The worst bit of Good Man was the ending reveal and this is one long episode of that bit, culminating in the twin horror of the long exposition scene which only ended because of the power of love. Good Man was brilliant and tense. Let€™s Kill Hitler was so dreary that you start to list the good points of watching paint dry. At least there€™s the sense of achievement in the new room you get and until then it prettily glistens in the sunlight. Let€™s Kill Hitler, so dreadful it causes you to romanticise your walls.
