Doctor Who: 10 Most-Viewed Scenes On YouTube Ranked Worst To Best

7. The Eleventh Doctor Meets The Tenth Doctor (The Day Of The Doctor)

In terms of view count, this one is sandwiched between the Vincent scene and the Abzorbaloff scene, making for an incredibly varied top three most-viewed clips.

A meeting between two of the most popular Doctors ever was always going to be a click-magnet, and sure enough - with nine million hits - this is a moment that countless Who fans have rewatched in the years since The Day Of The Doctor first aired.

This is the first time that the Tenth Doctor and the Eleventh Doctor met each other onscreen, and writer Steven Moffat is clearly having a blast with his dialogue. The two Doctors make jabs about their differing looks, compare sonic screwdrivers - which is basically a dick joke - and even nerd out over their shared love of specs.

It's hard not to smile while watching Smith and Tennant bounce off each other, and for the fun factor alone, it really isn't surprising to see this moment with such a high view count. If you're a Doctor Who fan, it's one of those clips that's hard to resist when you see it appear in your recommended videos.

Danny has been with WhatCulture for almost nine years, and is currently Doctor Who Editor and WhoCulture Channel Manager, overseeing all of WhatCulture's Whoniverse coverage. He has been writing and video editing for 10+ years, and first got a taste for content creation after making his own Doctor Who trailers and uploading them to YouTube (they're admittedly a bit rusty by today's standards). If you need someone to recite every Doctor Who episode in order or to tell you about the making of 1988's Remembrance of the Daleks, Danny is the person to ask.
