6. Are There Cyber-Versions Of Amy And Rory?

Death in Heaven established that Missy repurposed the dead for a Cybermen army, leading to the reveal that the Doctor's old friend, Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart, had also undergone a conversion. Because armies of Cybermen were apparently appearing all over the world, some fans asked the question, €œDoes that mean Amy and Rory too?€ Think about it. The Angels Take Manhattan established that both Amy and Rory have gravesites and did not undergo cremation following their time-warped deaths. They lived to old age, putting their deaths at roughly the late '90s to early 2000s. Though they were buried in New York and likely not anywhere near the Doctor during Death in Heaven, their deaths are within a decade of the Brig's. Depending on how long Missy had been at her plan (perhaps working since he/she escaped death after The End of Time storyline in 2009), Amy and Rory are somewhat recently deceased people at her disposal. Though this isn't an established part of the canon, if the show can say that the Brigadier has a cyber-version of himself, other deaths occurring in a similar timeframe might also have been €œupgraded€ as well. And speaking of callbacks to the deceased...
