1. The 9th Doctor's Final Words/Regeneration
After he kisses Rose Tyler and absorbs the time energy of the vortex away from her, he begins his regeneration as soon as they go back into the Tardis. He then starts to tell Rose that he had planned to take her to so many more places. A confused Rose tries to make sense of everything he says, and then The Doctor talks about regeneration and that it will help him survive, but he won't be the same face and as he begins the regeneraion he says, "Rose... before I go, I just want to tell you: you were fantastic. Absolutely fantastic. And do you know what? So was I," the 9th Doctor ends his run with fantastic last words and some of his normal sass. Just like that we were introduced to the 10th Doctor portrayed by David Tennant. There you have it! 5 fantastic moments from the 9th Doctor. He was a fantastic Doctor who really deserves much more recognition. One moment I didn't include, but want to talk about which was hilarious is when The Doctor and Rose are on the phone and she says her mother is cooking and he replies with, "Good. Put her on a slow heat and let her simmer." That is another thing that shows how sassy and FANTASTIC this incarnation of the Doctor was. There are so many more quotes and moments I could list.
