I do feel for Manhattan and New York, Im starting to think its the new Welsh Quarry of the Doctor Who world. If you need somewhere to invade Earth, do it in New York. That being said, the introduction of the Weeping Angels to Doctor Who has been the highlight of Steven Moffats time with Doctor Who. The very concept of them is very creepy I mean, who hasnt ever thought about statues in churches and graveyards suddenly moving and the way theyve been woven into the fabric of the Doctor Who universe has been beautifully done, right down to the Time Lords using the covering of their faces like the Weeping Angels of old..
