Matt Damon's "feud" with Jimmy Kimmel has been a comedy gold mine for years and years, and it resurfaced once again mid-way through the show, when Damon appeared on stage, eating an apple, to ask Kimmel whether he won an Emmy or not (he didn't).
Damon kept rubbing salt in the wound, much to the crowd's delight, even encouraging the audience to give Jimmy a round of applause for being "a big loser."
Damon ends by telling Kimmel he'll see him at the after-party, which Kimmel has no knowledge of, and asks Kimmel to tell his mother that he "likes them apples."
Kimmel then tries to zing Damon back by calling him "Jason Boring", but he's already marched off triumphantly.
These guys need to keep this up until the end of time, because it's hilarious.
