The last form that we see Buu take also so happens to be his pure and original form. Kid Buu is the Buu that stories of terror were told about. He is basically unbridled evil. He has no sanity and is completely unhinged, making him even more dangerous than any form he had taken before.

Kid Buu is the final antagonist of Dragon Ball Z, so of course he is the strongest villain in the entire series. He even manages to completely destroy the Earth, forcing the final battle to the Supreme World of The Kais.

It is here he battles Goku and Vegeta at their highest levels of strength. Even so, the two start to become overwhelmed. Eventually it takes the largest Spirit Bomb the series has seen, comprised of energy from everyone on the newly regenerated Earth to kill him.

The fights with Kid Buu are one of the few times in Dragon Ball Z where it looks like all hope is lost for the heroes. The entire battle is an uphill struggle, with Goku and friends only prevailing thanks to the power of the Dragon Balls.

Of all the villains to appear in Dragon Ball Z, Kid Buu is the most terrifying. He lives for destruction and death and wants nothing more for the irradication of all things by his hand.
