Every Dragon Ball Z Villain Ranked Worst To Best

6. Majin Buu

Kid Buu, Dragon Ball Z
Toei Animation

Otherwise known as Innocent Buu or Fat Buu, this form of Buu is the first that we see in Dragon Ball Z. And since those names really never stick in the show, for the sake of this piece he will simply be Majin Buu.

Majin Buu is drastically different from any villain over the course of Dragon Ball Z. While Android 16 showed a softer side towards nature, Majin Buu has an incredibly innocent personality.

He acts like a child, loves cake and chocolate and even talks like a child. On the other side of the coin however, at the time of his appearance, Majin Buu is the strongest villain to appear. He embarrasses Gohan at Super Saiyan 2 as well as Supreme Kai Shin. Goku has to transform into a never before seen Super Saiyan 3 to keep up with him.

Even after Vegeta makes the ultimate sacrifice and blows himself up, Majin Buu survives.

Majin Buu's time on the show is split between the time he's under Babidi's control, and the time in which he is free.

The time he is free sees him become less of a villain thanks to the most unlikely of heroes, Mr. Satan. He befriends Majin Buu and shows him that killing is bad. However, thanks to Van Zant, Majin Buu expels all his evil and the terror of Buu continues.
