Plot: After the disappointing finale to a popular fantasy series (no points for guessing what that's inspired by!), an angry fan tries to blackmail the showrunner into rewriting the final season.
The second episode of the show's sixth season is a typical excellent Inside No. 9 episode.
It offers everything that makes the show work so well - a fiendishly smart screenplay, tight direction, fabulous performances, a spot-on mixture of humour and darkness and a memorable twist ending - without necessarily doing a huge amount to really linger in the memory.
It is a very good episode indeed which improves on the slightly messy season premiere and satirizes whiny fanboys in a completely hysterical manner; it's just not one of the most memorable episodes to date.
