10. The Power Broker's Pardon - The Falcon And The Winter Soldier

Antagonists were something of an issue in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. Karli Morgenthau was one of the weakest the MCU has ever put out, and as a secondary villain, Georges Batroc once again proved that he is utterly useless. Then, there was the Power Broker.

The mysterious kingpin on Madripoor wasn’t actually as mysterious as Marvel Studios would've liked, and the reveal that it was Sharon Carter wasn’t the biggest shock in the world. This was more of a setup for the future of the MCU rather than anything within the walls of the series itself, as was demonstrated by the post-credits scene attached to the finale.

Sharon finally received her full pardon, and got a job in her old department. Agent Carter was back, with access to government secrets, prototype weapons, and much, much more. The biggest questions here revolve around the phone call she made.

Who was she talking to, offering all these services to? Could we find out in Captain America: New World Order? How about Thunderbolts, or even Armor Wars? Sharon Carter will certainly return to our screens in the future, and hopefully, it will be worth the wait.
