6. Episode 10: Bloody Celestial Karaoke Jam
The much hyped musical episode looks like it is going to be a lot of fun, with Tom Ellis sharing a video of the cast singing ‘Another One Bites the Dust’ on a football field dancing around a dead referee.
In an interview on Entertainment Tonight, Ellis, Lauren German and Aimee Garcia were all interviewed on the set of the episode, with Aimee giving away more details than the others.
She revealed that the cast had a good reason to break into song as God was playing puppet master and "going a little schizo". She said the episode made Lucifer realise that, even though he had problems with his dad, he needed to get along with him for the sake of everyone else.
Garcia went on to say that there will be eight songs in the episode, including an acapella song by Trixie, a duet with Lucifer and God, a singing ‘battle’ between Ella and Maze, a whimsical song by Linda and Amenadiel, and a song by Lucifer that Lauren Graham revealed brought her to tears when she first heard it. Tom Ellis also said that Chloe does something out of character that he had a feeling might be a ‘GIF’ moment!
Overall, they all agreed the episode would be a dark and emotional one, despite its seemingly fun appearance.
